A margonite mask, possibly an Anur Vu.
An Undead Rurik mask.
It would be nice if the masks actually were somewhat related to Guild Wars, as opposed to the generic werewolf/zombie masks... not that it matters, the community will complain about whatever mask they craft for us.

An animated ghost mask or a skeletal mask would be fun.

- Vampire fangs makeup.
- Witch Hag makeup.
- Faceless makeup.
- One-eyed makeup.
- Bat-wings.
- Tiger mask, so I could go Rakshasha.
- Skeleton mask.
- Bovine skull mask. (Like Grenth's)
- Swamp thing mask.
- Reaper mask.
- Fly mask.
Hm... I'll think of more later.

I like the idea of the headless mask and cat ears. I also wouldn't mind a new version of the Pumpkin crown.
I imagine the headless one would be quite difficult for them to do though, perhaps it's something we'll see for GW2. Similarly, I don't think they could do the cat ears without making us bald, so if they do use something like that, I imagine it'll be more of a full mask thing, like the Rudi mask.

I know we won't get a Lord British mask, but maybe can we get a spaceman helmet in lieu of?

So long as we can have accompanying top hats and suits with tails:
Major respect to the two or three who get this.
Anyhow, seeing as Mursaat are a popular race, perhaps such a mask would not be out of the question.
